AAA. Selection of unit/s from our stock lots
The units listed in our website are only 20-25% of our running stocklots. Therefore if you are able to select from our website, we will issue you pro-forma invoice.
However if you cannot find the used vehicle/s you are looking for, please donot hesitate to ask for what are you looking for, we may have in our running stock lot that are not listed in our website.
We will provide you some photoes and datas fro your considerations.
BBB. OEM Order of used vehicle
If you are unable to find from our stock lot and from running stock lots, you may indicate us what type of used vehicle you are looking for in specific shape, size of vehicle and all other informations.
We will introduce you an exsample of vehcile of your need by photoes and will give you ideal market price.
After confirming your need, we request you to make deposit of approvimately 30% of market price enable to make contract of OEM order to catch the used vehicle.
2. Pro-forma invoice
We will issue pro-forma invoice of confirmed used vehcile/s of our stock lot or OEM captrued used vehicle/s with indication of final price of selected used vehicle/s., ocean freight, and insurance. (If inspection are require, will indicate inspection fee). This contract pro-forma invoice will be the guide to assist your transaction of payment/s.
3. Payment/s
The payment are proceed by T.T. remittance, 100% in advance to our banker. Accourding to pro-forma invoice, or OEM pro-forma invoice for deposit, and payment/s. The title of our banker is indicated in lower left hand corner of issued pro-forma invoice.

BBB. OEM order
To start locating to catch your requested used vehicle/s. We require 20-25% deposit in advance to our banker. Ordered used vehicle/s are captured and agreement of final confirmations proceed to final pro-forma invoice indicate with full amount of usedvehicle, ocean freight, and insurance. The balance payment are require in advance, before shipment.
4. Ocean freight and shipment
RO-RO Ocean freight are calculated by size of used vehcile, with current rate of shipping line. Total sum of ocean freight will be inform to your furing negotiations.
Container ocean freight are quoted by 20ft, 40ft H.C. container/s, in current rate of shipping line. Also will be indicated during negoitation.
5. Documentations.
After ocean vessel departs from our port (Yokohama/Tokyo), we will air all the documents such as B/L, Invoice, P/L, Export Certificate, Translated Sheets, Insurance Certificate. (if need others, please inform in advance) to your instructed address.
